Project goal, tasks and budget
Goal: Introduce an automated production planning system and a system that gives staff real-time instructions using artificial intelligence (AI).
Objective: Integrate AI technologies to automate production planning and provide staff with real-time instructions, in order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of production processes.
Budget: The investment raised through the grant programme amounts to EUR 13,500.
Solution
A project was developed covering the introduction of an AI-based automated production planning and management system. An application was submitted to the AIBC Euroclusters grant under the “Digitalisation services & product development” strand for partial financing.
Result
The grant allowed the company to introduce innovative technologies, which increased productivity, reduced errors in production processes and improved staff management, with a positive effect on overall operational efficiency.
