Expanding capacity for manufacturing food-industry equipment
Project goal, tasks and budget
Goal: Increase annual production capacity by 4%, improve production independence and shorten order lead times.
Objective: Equip the production base with new machinery for high-precision machining of complex parts.
Budget: UAH 2,713,554, of which UAH 1,280,000 is to be raised through the grant programme and UAH 1,433,554 is the company’s own contribution.
Solution
A detailed business plan was prepared, including the installation of a modern HAAS VF-2 vertical machining centre. This equipment automates production processes, reduces waste, lowers operating costs and significantly improves the efficiency of machining complex parts. An application to the “New Level” grant programme was submitted successfully.
Result
The grant was approved, allowing new equipment to be purchased, production capacity to be increased, costs to be reduced and order lead times to be shortened.
