Modernising production of specialised clothing for the military and municipal services
Project goal, tasks and budget
Goal: Modernise the production of specialised clothing, backpacks and equipment for the military and municipal services by purchasing new high-performance sewing machinery.
Objective: Create an automated sewing workshop with a full production cycle — from pattern design to embroidery and chevrons — increase productivity and product quality, and reduce costs and lead times.
Budget: UAH 2,043,381, of which UAH 1,021,690 is grant funding and UAH 1,021,690 the company’s own contribution.
Solution
A grant application was submitted under the state grant programme for processing-industry manufacturing, to finance the purchase of modern industrial sewing equipment and improve production processes.
Result
Financing was approved. The project will increase production capacity, improve sewing quality, broaden the range of specialised clothing and strengthen the company’s position as a reliable producer of equipment for Ukraine’s defence sector and municipal services.
