Improving production efficiency and expanding exports of electrical equipment
Project goal, tasks and budget
Goal: Improve the competitiveness and efficiency of electrical and electronic equipment production by modernising production processes and developing export potential.
Objective: Purchase new equipment such as a convection reflow soldering oven and an automatic PCB unloader, and hold a strategy session to develop an export-oriented business plan.
Budget: EUR 18,366.
Solution
An application was prepared and submitted to the “EU4Business: recovery, competitiveness and internationalisation of SMEs” programme, to finance the purchase of modern equipment and materials and to run a strategy session. This will allow the company to automate production processes, cut costs and improve product quality.
Result
Financing of EUR 15,000 out of a total budget of EUR 18,366 was approved. Introducing the new technology will optimise production, reduce unit costs and expand export opportunities, ensuring high product quality and a stronger competitive position.
