Developing high-tech food packaging production and strengthening market position
Project goal, tasks and budget
Goal: Expand production and the food packaging range by installing new equipment for manufacturing roasting bags, aluminium foil and shrink-film packaging.
Objective: Provide a complete production cycle — from raw material processing to finished packaging — increase productivity and quality, reduce costs and lead times, and raise the share of Ukrainian raw materials in production.
Budget: UAH 15,303,744, of which UAH 7,651,872 is grant funding and UAH 7,651,872 the company’s own contribution.
Solution
A grant application was submitted under the state grant programme for processing-industry manufacturing, to purchase high-tech equipment and modernise production capacity.
Result
Financing was approved. After the project, the company increased film and foil output, reduced unit costs, secured consistent product quality, replaced imported equivalents and strengthened the position of a Ukrainian producer in the food packaging market.
