Expanding production and launching a line of dry-heat sterilisers
Project goal, tasks and budget
Goal: Broaden the company’s product range by starting production of dry-heat sterilisers for beauty salons, providing import substitution and export potential for a Ukrainian manufacturer.
Objective: Purchase new high-tech equipment — electromechanical press brakes, a laser cutting unit, a screw compressor and a grinding machine — to automate processes, reduce production costs and create 15 new jobs.
Budget: UAH 11,593,189, of which UAH 5,796,594 is grant funding and UAH 5,796,595 the company’s own contribution.
Solution
A grant application was submitted under the state grant programme for processing-industry manufacturing, to finance the purchase of equipment and the launch of a new generation of sterilisers.
Result
Financing was approved. The project will broaden the product line, increase output by 30%, provide partial import substitution, create a basis for exports and strengthen the company’s position as a reliable Ukrainian producer of cosmetology equipment.
