Project goal, tasks and budget
Goal: Raise staff qualifications in compound feed production and introduce the latest technologies into the production process.
Objective: Organise training for company employees across several educational modules delivered by the Italian company The RUM&N Company, in order to improve feed formulations, and integrate innovative software.
Budget: UAH 422,000.
Solution
A comprehensive application was prepared and a project submitted to the programme “Grants for 100 MSMEs with export potential and innovative ideas” in order to raise financing.
Result
The financing received funded staff training and the introduction of innovative software, improving product quality and production efficiency and strengthening the company’s market position.
