Creating an innovative closed-cycle production of printed circuit boards and electronic devices in Ukraine
Project goal, tasks and budget
Goal: Reduce the Ukrainian electronics market’s import dependence by creating high-tech, full-cycle production of printed circuit boards and electronic devices in Ukraine.
Objective: Design and launch modern printed circuit board production using innovative solutions for production process control and the protection of technological data during design and data transfer.
Budget: EUR 16,004,000.
Solution
A comprehensive investment project was prepared and an application submitted to the Horizon Europe programme under the “EIC Accelerator Challenge: Emerging semiconductor or quantum technology components” strand, to raise financing to launch production.
Result
The project passed preliminary assessment under Horizon Europe, confirming its potential. The application became the basis for developing the project further in order to attract investment.
