Increasing output of concrete equipment by modernising the production base
Project goal, tasks and budget
Goal: Increase production capacity for concrete-mixing equipment and shorten production times from 21 to 5 working days.
Objective: Purchase modern technological equipment (CNC machines, welding stations, plasma cutting units, guillotines, a paint shop), automate processes and optimise the production layout.
Budget: UAH 5,493,215, of which UAH 4,394,572 is grant funding and UAH 1,098,643 the company’s own contribution.
Solution
A business plan was developed and a grant application submitted under the state grant programme for processing-industry manufacturing, to modernise production and improve its efficiency.
Result
Financing was approved. The project increased output, reduced production costs, improved equipment quality, delivered steady sales growth and strengthened the position of a Ukrainian producer on the market.
